Natural woods are working back into kitchen design, and designers and remodelers are adding touches of character woods, including oak, walnut and cherry, into almost every kitchen we design. White oak and walnut have been at the top of the list in terms of trending wood species, and we’re starting to use alder. I love natural materials because they eliminate the risk of toxins and chemicals we don't want off-gassing into our kitchen and living areas.

This year, I am proud to announce that I am partnering with and featuring Alkemis Paints, in my remodels, designs and staging. It's the worlds first WELLNESS Paint Company, https://alkemispaint.com/pages/products. I can't wait to share some of the projects where we are using paint that creates a healthier space for my clients.
